Which model should I choose?
Use your fully loaded caravan weight, parking surface and slope together. The headline capacity applies to flat ground; grass and compact gravel have lower limits. Contact us if you are unsure about your setup.
What surfaces can it handle?
Grass, compact gravel, compact dirt and uneven ground. Grip and performance depend on the load, slope and surface conditions. Check the specifications above before choosing.
What is included, and will it fit?
A standard mounting bracket is included. Check that the mounting arrangement suits your caravan before ordering; our NZ team can help.
How do I charge the battery?
Both models use a quick-release 16Ah lithium battery. Recharge time is approximately 1.5–2 hours from a standard 230V outlet. Runtime varies with load and conditions.
What warranty and support are included?
A 2-year parts warranty applies to residential use, with local NZ support for product questions, troubleshooting and parts.
How does delivery work?
Free shipping is available on our All Terrain Movers. Due to the size and weight of the ATM 2500 and ATM 4500, orders are sent with a freight carrier rather than a standard courier.
Some residential addresses may not be suitable for direct delivery. In these cases, your mover may be sent to the nearest freight depot for collection.
