Shipping policy

Your Optitec order will be dispatched promptly to any location within New Zealand.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse on the same or next business day from purchase. Shipping times typically range from 2 to 10 business days following dispatch.

Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with carrier and tracking details which you can use to check your parcel's progress.
