Change of mind

Please choose carefully. If you change your mind or make an incorrect selection, we may not always be able to offer a refund. However, where goods have a major fault, are incorrectly described, or are different from what was ordered, you may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit, in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

30-day returns

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
